hi, just dug out my old sharks tee shirt and have been wearing it over the week end.it still helps to get me geared up for some serious training. who am i ? well i was club captain for a short while and long term squad member back in the seventies. yes i am still swimming and competing at the ripe old age of 49 this year. some open water, river and sea swims, tri 1500m and an annual 3.8k down the river Arun and duatholons. this year will be my second at the marie curie 5k challange have slowed up abit hope for a 1hr 15 time which i will be pleased with. all the best to the squad, swim hard and enjoy. and yes the tee still fits after 30yrs |

Many thanks for the quick response!!! Pleasantly surprised when I logged-on as soon as we got home from the Sudbury Open Meet on Sunday & found the Club Champs results have been posted. By the way, the kids have performed well...apologies if I can't count but based on my "dodgy" counting, only 10 swimmers made it (incl. 2 2nd claim swimmers)to the Meet, every one of them performed really well (I might be a bit biased here) & all a credit to the Club, most of them came away with County Qualifying Times to boot!!! Well worth battling the "Arctic" weather to get there, I say. A big "Thank You" to both Hazel & Liz for looking after our kids & all their support ( to Newmarket's Annette & Mr. Fussey too) & mostly, to all the Meet's organisers & officials who made it all possible for our children to achieve the times they needed regardless of the weather outside... | Roselle Delgado |

Can we please have the current Club Champs result posted on our web-site? It's handy for us whenever we are checking the kids' times against the PB sheet. Also, how can I go about uploading photos for approval etc., will it be possible to have a facility for that or is it too complicated?Thank you | Roselle Delgado |
